Healthy Holidays

 During summer holidays 2022 we tried to motivate our participants to spend their time in an active way and to have proper and balanced diet, full of fruit and vegetables, which are so easily available in this time of the year.

Turkey - day 4

  On the fourth day the seminar "Wellbeing and playing an instrument" was organised. The participants could try playing the violin and listened to a short concert of classical music. They could discover the influence of music on their wellbeing and appreciated learning a new skill. After the seminar they had a short bicycle tour and later they visited Koc Museum, Topkapi Palace and Suleyman mosque.
