Polish mobility video!

Poland - day 5

 On the last day a trip to Warsaw was organised. The participants visited the Museum of Polish Army, Palace of Culture and Science, with 30th floor panoramic view  on the capital of Poland. The guests also went to a football stadium of very famous Polish team "Legia" to see sport from different perspective.  In the afternoon the evaluation of the meeting was done and the certificates of attendance were handed out to the participants.

Poland - day 4

 The fourth day started with sightseeing tour in the historical city of Zamość. Later the participants could try a new sport activity – bubble football. They learnt a new sport and improved their team work skills. In the afternoon, the social media platforms were uploaded.

Poland - day 3

  On the third day the participants attended workshop with a dietician on healthy eating and Dash diet during which students created a weekly menu. The European Health and Nutrition Action Plan was discussed, too. Later a shooting competition was organised for the participants and local community. Everyone could try a new activity and compete in a friendly atmosphere. The competition was followed by midday fitness – swimming activity in Chełm Water Park. In the afternoon a meeting for teachers was organised to discuss the results of the projects, upload website and social media platforms and share the duties for the last weeks of the project. The evaluation methods were planned.

Poland - day 2

 The second day started with the cooking class with the use of local and fresh products in the Museum of Cebularz. After a short walk in the Lublin Old Town, the participants attended a PE lesson in the trampoline park as a midday fitness session. In the end, a cultural visit was held to an Illumination Park in the botanical garden.

Poland - day 1

  The Learning Teaching Training Activity 5 started with the opening ceremony, during which the participants were introduced to each other and short artistic moment was held, followed by the headmistress’ speech. The students from school dance group ”Iskierki” presented 2 traditional dances. Next, each school presented their traditional sport or game and later the walk around the school with hosting students was done. In the afternoon, the participants visited the town hall to have a meeting with the mayor of the town and discuss the health issues of the area. Next, a sightseeing tour followed with the guide. The last activity was creating healthy tips leaflets – students worked in groups and focused on different aspects of healthy lifestyle.
