The second recipe - Stuffed zucchini

 


Ingredients:

* 3 zucchinis

* 50 decagrams of minced meat

* 1 onion

* 1 tomato

* 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

* 3 cloves of garlic

* 20 decagrams of mozzarella cheese

* 5 tablespoons of frying oil

* salt, pepper, sweet pepper, provencal herbs

 

Cut zucchinis the in half and hollow the flesh. Place the zucchinis on a baking tray, brush with oil and spices. The zucchinis prepared in this way should be baked in the oven for 15 minutes, at 170 degrees, hot air.

Chop the onion, fry for a few minutes, add crushed garlic, minced meat and spices. Fry everything for 15 minutes. At the end of frying, add the tomato paste.

Take the zucchinis out of the oven and fill them with stuffing and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the prepared zucchinis for 20 minutes.

Serve with tomatoes.
