The week of delicious and healthy food!

 Welcome back! We would like to share with you some of our delicious recipes! Today - super simple and super tasty smoothie!



Ingredients:

* 4 kale stalks

* 10 spinach leaves

* 1 apple

* 1 lemon

* 1 liter of still water

* mint for decoration

 

Wash all ingredients. Peel the lemon. Slice all ingredients, put into a blender and pour water over them. Blend it. Then pour into a glass and garnish with mint.

Enjoy your meal!

Spain - day 5

 On the last day, the evaluation of the week and round table meeting was organised to sum up the week and plan the next mobility in Greece. Then, the participants went to Barcelona Gothic Quarter and followed graffiti route. The farewell lunch was prepared by parents at school and students could try traditional and healthy dishes of Cathalonia. The last activity was learning how to play a new instrument – Batucada by Besties i Diables de La Salut. After that, the certificates of attendance were distributed.

Hungary - day 3

  The third day started with an indoor activity, wall climbing. This workshop was called again "Stop being Couch Potato". We visited a huge Climbing sport centre, MAG47. It was a really challenging activity, but everybody could accomplish climbing on their own level. It was a great fun. After lunch we had a sightseeing tour in Buda castle. We also visited Fisherman's Bastion and St.Matthias church.
