Homemade yoghurt recipe!

Heat a liter of milk to a temperature of approx. 45 degrees. Add 150 ml of natural yoghurt at room temperature to the warm milk, mix, keep on fire for a short while so that the mixture gains its temperature. Wrap the pot with a blanket or towel and set aside for 6-8 hours. The yoghurt should be good after the stated time, but if it is too runny, wait a few more hours. Pour the finished yogurt into smaller, airtight containers and store in the fridge. You can keep it there for several days.
